Musician, Pedagogue, Conductor, Leader

Currently serving as Founding Executive and Artistic Director of Irvington Arts Collective, Webb Parker holds degrees in church music, music education  and conducting. To the podium, he brings a wealth of experience with voices of all ages. As a high school teacher, Webb grew his program exponentially in 3 years. As a collegiate choral conductor, he has been praised for his unique programming and collaborative approach. As a community and church music leader he has create myriad experiences for music makers of all ages and skill levels. And now, as an executive Webb has spearheaded over half a million dollars in funding and support for a community arts collective that brings all aspects of the arts to those on the east side of Indianapolis.
